I'm a counselor, Army service member, and advocate for personal growth. With over 15 years in mental health, I help adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, and life transitions while building confidence, resilience, and lasting emotional wellness.

Shamikia Nakaia Pearl McGhee is an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who is passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and adults build confidence, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives.

With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Shamikia provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She believes that every person has unique strengths, and her goal is to help clients discover those strengths while developing the tools they need to navigate life's ups and downs with greater confidence and resilience.

Her military experience has strengthened her leadership, resilience, and commitment to serving others—qualities that continue to shape the compassionate care she provides to every client.
